Additional supportOvertime: US$25 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments and only with your approval. Supplier search, initial screening, appointment coordination and sample follow-up are quoted separately after we agree the tasks and deliverables.
What to confirm before booking
- Service time: counted from the agreed meeting time and place until the service ends. Travel between appointments and waiting during your itinerary count toward the package. Any lunch break is agreed in advance; the full-day package covers an eight-hour service window.
- Car & expenses: both packages include use of my car, driven by me, for the agreed Shenzhen itinerary. Confirm the route, passenger and luggage requirements before booking. Any additional expenses, including arrangements for fuel, tolls, parking, admission fees, airport transfers or travel outside Shenzhen, must be agreed in writing before payment; no extra charges will be added without your approval.
- Preparation: a brief pre-visit discussion is included. Extensive research, supplier search, appointment coordination and technical document translation require a separate quote.
- Scope: accompaniment and business communication do not include a factory audit or product inspection. No transaction, minimum price or supplier performance is guaranteed. Specialist technical interpreting requires prior confirmation.
- Booking and changes: availability, scope, total price, payment timing, cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing before payment. If I cannot provide the agreed service, payment for the unprovided service will be refunded.
Prices are in USD and include use of my car for the agreed Shenzhen service scope. Any additional services or expenses will be itemized in your final quote.
